So beautiful but a bit delicate and fragile

Really beautiful, but unfortunately, it has broken. I have assembled it 3 times where it gets shorter and shorter. It's like the 'boxes' it is made of become too soft and come apart. I had a similar one from another manufacturer before that did the same, so I just think the design isn't suitable for everyday use. Now I've ordered a more classic chain from you as well, and it seems to be holding up. Otherwise, good products and fast delivery.
