I am very pleased with the belt, the quality of craftsmanship and materials, but the only thing that will start to cause problems over time is the way the buckle attaches. If you find yourself having to tighten the belt because your jeans are slightly big, it will start to slip over time, but if the jeans or trousers you are wearing fit you well and you are only wearing the belt for looks, then you won't have any problems. Right from putting it on, I tested whether it holds well and I can say that it does slip a little.
