The bracelet is nicely made, with accurate cutting and measurements, placed together. However the cost for a small engraving and jewellery box doesn't live up to my expectations. Felt that the cost for these additions could be way lower. The beads on the bracelet could be slightly bigger and it'll be more appealing when worn. Lastly, it'll be great if there could be a 'cancel order' button, if an order is wrongly made. Happened to me once and tried to contact customers service but didn't help...
