Initially I bought a pair of the earrings. However there was a slight defect on one of them. When I sent a picture of the defect, Trendhim replied promptly and apologised, and immediately offered to send a replacement with no questions asked. This is the first time I have experience such fantastic service!! The quality of the earrings really lived up to my expectations. It is definitely manufactured using sturdy and high quality grade materials.

The earring itself is very beautiful. However, it is worth noting that the earring is larger than one might think. It does not sit as snugly on the ear, which can give a feeling that it hangs a lot. Overall a nice product, but very large and slightly dented.
