I bought this set and was disappointed with the quality. It turns out that large plastic knots stick out from the bracelets where they are tied together. I wrote, with a picture, to Trendhim about the issue. The response was that they could not guarantee that the problem would not be present on others if I chose to have them exchanged. So one must conclude that they are aware of the poor quality, which could just as easily have been made by a child in after-school care.
