This backpack is completely stylish and solid, but be aware that the shoulder straps can withstand little at the bottom. On the first backpack I received, the shoulder strap has almost completely torn off. I said this about (impressive customer service by the way) and the new backpack has also started to crack in the same place. Do not know if I would recommend it since the straps on both bags have started to tear, but other than that it is an absolutely super bag :)
