The cover is cheap plastic. The lock is also plastic. Overall feels cheap and low quality. The worst part is the pillow size is not adjustable so it’s putting a lot of strain on smaller bracelet sizes.
Unfortunately, it arrived damaged. The company is supposed to send another one after reporting ☺️ I hope it will still contain the engraving and will be of high quality.
