Colour doesn't match image

I'm a pretty reasonable guy... But the colour shown in this image versus the colour of the tie actually received is totally different. It looks dark red, with slight burgundy in the image, but in reality, it's close to pink. I've asked for a refund.

I bought this for my father and it looks extremely dull compared to the pictures, make sure to double check the measurements as this is a small tie. It is very soft but stitches are already coming apart and it hasn’t been worn yet.
